How to safely operating Electric Wire Hoist

Electric Wire Hoist is a light and small lifting equipment, with small size, light weight, simple operation, easy to use and so on. It is used in industrial and mining enterprises, storage, docks and other places. Lifting weight average of 0.1 ~ 80 tons, lifting height is 3 ~ 30 meters

1. New installation or after overhaul of Electric Wire Hoist, first of all should be empty test run several times. But before installation, power of avoid by all means try to turn.
2. Should be done before normal use with 125% rated load, lifting off the ground is about 100 mm, 10 minutes of static load test, check whether the normal.
3. Dynamic load test is based on the rated load weight for repeated lifting and left and right movement test. After test, the mechanical transmission part is checked, and the electrical part and connection part whether normal and reliable.
4. In use, it is absolutely forbidden to use the rated load and the rated closing frequency (120 times) per hour in an environment that is not permitted.
5. Installation and maintenance, must strictly check the limit switch whether flexible and reliable. When hook rose to the limit position, hook enclosure to the drum shell of distance must be greater than 50 mm (10 t, 16 t, 20 t must be greater than 120 mm). When the hook fell to the limit position, should ensure the safety of steel wire rope on the drum circle, effective safety strap (must be at least 2 laps.
6. Not allowed while pressing the two Electric Wire Hoist movement in the opposite direction of the switch button.
7. After work, you must pull the main switch of the power supply and cut off the power supply.
