Check items and key points during the Double Girder Crane operation

Double Girder Crane is horizontal plane in workshop, warehouse and yard over the material lifting hoisting equipment. It is the most widely use scope, the largest number of a kind of hoisting machinery.  Double Girder Crane safety inspection to ensure the safety of the bridge crane operation, need to make some safety during crane operation routine examination, inspection items and main points are as follows: (1) The hoisting height limiter, the travel limit switch and the interlocking mechanism have normal performance and are safe and reliable.

(2) The main parts meet the safety requirements: the opening increases less than the original size of 15%, the torsion deformation is less than 10%; the hook bushing wear is less than the original size of 50%; the hook spindle wear is less than 5%, no peeling, burr, welding repair. Hook hanging rack and pulley havn’t obvious defects. Surface of steel wire rope wear, corrosion amount less than 40%, the diameter of the wire broken wires within a lay length is less than 10% of the total number of silk, no broken, no obvious and no core out, corner twisting, extrusion deformation and annealing, burning phenomenon. At the end of the wire rope connecting and fixing clips, clips, wedge connection is intact, no loose plate, not less than 2, Clip amount not less than three. There is no crack in the drum, the connection and fixation are not loose; the cylinder wall wear is less than 20% of the original wall thickness; the safety coil is no less than 2 rings; the ratio of the drum to the wire rope diameter meets the requirements. The brake has no crack, no looseness and no serious wear. The brake gap has equal size on both sides and has enough braking force. The wear of brake belt is less than 50% of the original thickness. Through the Double Girder Crane safety routine inspection, to prevent accidents, reduce equipment accidents, improve equipment availability, reducing maintenance cost and so on all has played a significant role.
