General rules for the use of lifting wire hoisting machinery

hoisting machinery wire rope use inspection requirements

1, the use of wire rope crane, wire rope factory should be issued by the technical performance and quality certification documents;

2, the crane used wire rope specifications, models should meet the requirements of the machine, and should match the pulley and reel, wear around the correct;

3, wire rope shall not have kink, flattened, bent, broken shares, broken wire, broken core, cage distortion and other deformation;

4, the number of stranded wire rope broken wire control standards should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 6.1.8 ~ 1,

5, steel rope lubrication should be good, and keep clean;

6, wire rope and reel connection should be solid, wire rope release, the reel should be retained more than three laps;

7, the end of the wire rope should be fixed to achieve the required strength of the instructions:

1) with wedge and wedge fastening, the solid strength should not be less than 75% of the wire rope breaking tension; wedge should not have cracks, wedges should not be loose;

2) with a conical sleeve casting solid connection, the solid joint strength should reach the rope rope breaking tension;

3) with aluminum alloy pressing fixed, the fixed strength should reach the rope breaking tension; joints should not have cracks;

4) When assembling and fixing, the fixing strength shall meet the following requirements:

① d15mm below, solid joint strength should not be less than 90% of wire rope breaking tension;

② d16 ~ 26mm, solid joint strength should not be less than 85% of wire rope breaking tension;

③ d28 ~ 36mm, solid joint strength should not be less than 80% of wire rope breaking tension;

④d39mm above, solid joint strength should not be less than 75% of wire rope breaking tension.

The length of the length of the wire should not be less than the wire rope diameter of 20 to 25, times, and the shortest length of the assembly should not be less than 300mm; compilation part should be bundled thin steel wire, fine wire bundled length should be greater than the wire rope diameter of 20,

5) with the pressure plate fixed, the fixed strength should reach the wire rope breaking tension;

6) with a rope card fixed, the fixed strength should reach 85% of the wire rope breaking tension; rope card and wire rope diameter should match, specifications, the number should be consistent with the provisions of Table 6.1.8 ~ 2.
