 Heavy-Duty Overhead Crane is used for medium and heavy-duty manufacturing. They are designed with high configuration and are developed with advanced design technology in accordance with European FEM standards. The crane is mainly composed of main beam, end beam, trolley, electrical part and other components. Bridge cranes are very suitable for low-rise buildings that require high lifting heights.

This newly developed bridge crane has a compact layout and a modular structure design, which effectively utilizes the available lifting height and reduces the investment in the steel structure of the workshop. The most effective space configuration is the double main beams and the crane system running on the top, which is most suitable for end users with headroom problems

Main Double Girder:
High-strength optimized box-type double girder, Q355B steel plate welded by automatic submerged arc welding. Finite element structural optimization, small deflection, high rigidity, lighter weight than traditional QD crane.
End Carriage:
Integrated box structure, equipped with three-in-one motor + reducer + brake drive unit. Running smoothly, low vibration,
wear-resistant quenched wheels, less maintenance.
European Lifting Trolley:
Equipped with European low-headroom wire rope hoist trolley, compact layout, full VFD stepless speed regulation, precise
positioning, no impact during start and stop.
Traveling Mechanism:
Full frequency conversion driving for bridge and trolley travel. Stable acceleration and deceleration, low noise, suitable for
high-frequency continuous operation.
Electrical Control System:
PLC + VFD integrated control system, support pendant control, wireless remote control and driver cabin operation. With complete overload, over-current, phase loss and limit protection.
Safety Protection Device:
Equipped with dual brake system, mechanical overload clutch, upper & lower travel limit, anti-collision buffer, rain-proof and dust-proof design, reaching European safety standard.
