Single Girder Gantry Crane is mainly composed of gantry, crane crab, trolley traveling mechanism, cab and electric control system.The gantry is of a box-shape structure. The crab adopts vertical reaction wheel when the lifting load is below 20 t, and horizontal reaction wheel when above 20t to run at the girder side.

Single Girder Gantry Crane DWG primarily consist of a crossbeam, outriggers, trolley, electrical components, a control room, and other components. Standard lifting capacities are 3.2 tons, 5 tons, 8 tons, 10 tons, 12.5 tons, 16 tons, and 20 tons. Custom lifting capacities are also available. Spans range from 7.5 m to 31.5 m. This hoist-type gantry crane is extremely safe, well-designed, ergonomic, and convenient for material handling. It is widely used in machinery manufacturing, assembly, and warehouses. However, it is not suitable for environments with a risk of spontaneous combustion or fire, corrosive gases, or relative humidity exceeding 85%, and is not suitable for suspended metal transport.
The closed cab is employed for operation, where there are adjustable seat, insulating mat on the floor, toughened glass for the window, fire extinguisher, electric fan and auxiliary equipment such as are conditioner, acoustic alarm which can be furnished as required by users.
